Frequently asked questions
You create an account in the app and sign in. One account works across all sales channels: if you buy on the website, you sign in to the app with the same account and receive access (Terms of Sale, section 6).
Yes, with clear rules. In the stores (App Store, Google Play) every package is an automatically renewing subscription for the same term (Starter 3, Plus 6, Premium 12 months); you see price and term in the store before you buy. On the website you pay the first term in advance, after that the contract renews monthly and can be cancelled monthly; Plus and Premium are also available there monthly with a minimum term (Terms of Sale, sections 3.1 to 3.5). We remind you once before the initial or minimum term ends (14 days before, 30 days before for 12 months).
The term starts when the package is activated for your account, usually right after successful payment. While your subscription runs, access continues. If you have cancelled, you keep access until the end of the paid period; you see the date in the app under “My package”. Afterwards your account returns to the free plan; you can take out a new package at any time (Terms of Sale, sections 3.4, 3.5 and 3.8). If a follow-up payment fails, you keep access for another 7 days (Terms of Sale, section 5.3).
Sign in with the same account. In the app you can use “Restore purchases” to have your purchases checked. If access is still missing, write to [email protected] with your account email and purchase date.
Both are possible; access is tied to your account. When you buy on the website, NEXTLEVEL CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER - FZCO is the seller; in the Apple App Store it is Apple; on Google Play it is Google. Where you bought decides whom you contact for refunds and withdrawal (see below).
Purchase on the website: Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days, also online via “Withdraw from contract”. The consequences are set out in the Withdrawal Notice. Beyond that we refund only for genuine errors, such as a duplicate charge; there is no goodwill for a forgotten cancellation (Refund Policy).
Purchase in the Apple App Store or on Google Play: We can neither refund nor see these payments. Request refunds and withdrawal from the respective store (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play: via your order history).
In the app under “Profile → Delete account”, or by email to [email protected]. Deleting your account is not a withdrawal and does not trigger a refund; if you want to withdraw, do so before deleting. Deleting does not end a store subscription: you cancel that in the store. More: Delete account.
See the Privacy Policy.
Purchase on the website: You can cancel online at any time without logging in under “Cancel contracts here”. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the first term or of the current month (with monthly payment: at the end of the minimum term or of the current month); until then you keep access. You receive a confirmation of receipt by email stating the date on which your contract ends (Terms of Sale, section 11). You manage your payment method and invoices in the app under “Profile → My package”.
Purchase in the Apple App Store or on Google Play: You cancel the subscription where you took it out: Apple: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions; Google Play: Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel store subscriptions.
Renewing: you do not have to do anything; the subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Your data is kept. The app tells you where you stand before expiry or after a cancellation.
You redeem codes on the website after signing in with your account (Terms of Sale, section 6.3). The apps have no code field; there you simply sign in with the same account.
