Buying and subscription

How much does Unser Dubai cost?

The account is free. Plans when you buy in the browser: Starter €79 for the first 3 months, then €25 per month; Plus €249 for 6 months, then €40 per month; Premium €999 for 12 months, then €80 per month. Plus and Premium are also available monthly with a minimum term (€49 or €99 per month).

Is it a subscription, and how do I cancel?

Yes, with clear rules. You pay the first term up front, then access renews monthly and can be cancelled monthly. Cancel online at any time without logging in under “Cancel contracts here”. For App Store or Google Play purchases, cancel in that store.

Website or store: where should I buy?

We recommend buying in the browser: website prices apply there, and Premium is only available there. Then sign in to the app with the same account. When you buy on the website, NEXTLEVEL CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER - FZCO is the seller.

Can I withdraw or get a refund?

Whether and how you can withdraw is set out in the withdrawal notice; the form is under “Withdraw from contract”. Refunds follow the refund policy, i.e. as required by law or for genuine errors such as a double charge. App Store and Google Play purchases are refunded by Apple or Google.

My purchase hasn’t arrived or I changed devices.

Sign in with the same account. In the app, use “Restore purchases”. If that doesn’t help, email [email protected] with your account email and purchase date.

The app

Who is Unser Dubai for?

For everyone with Dubai on their mind – from first exploring through a trial stay to concrete relocation planning. 32 home countries have their own section.

Which devices does the app run on?

iPhone and iPad (App Store), Android (Google Play) and the browser. Your plan belongs to your account, not your device.

Which languages is the app available in?

German and English.

Does the app replace professional advice?

No. Unser Dubai is a do-it-yourself guide and planner, not legal, tax, insurance or immigration advice. Check important steps with the responsible office or a professional.

Where does the content come from?

Every expert statement has a source, preferably an authority, with retrieval date. Market values like rents or school fees are marked as guide values. The founders review and approve expert content.

Who is behind Unser Dubai?

Angelina Seitz and Tassilo Peter Seitz, who moved from Germany to Dubai in August 2025. The operator is NEXTLEVEL CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER - FZCO in Dubai.
