This page applies to contracts you concluded through our website or web app. You have 14 days and do not need to give a reason. Purchases made through Apple or Google are withdrawn there.

Do you only want to end the contract for the future? That is a cancellation, not a withdrawal: Cancel contracts here. Automatic renewal of a subscription is not a new contract and does not create a new right of withdrawal.
