Refund Policy
"Unser Dubai" packages are fixed-term contracts with automatic renewal: after the first term they renew monthly (website) or for the same term (App Store, Google Play) until you cancel. On the website you can cancel at any time under "Cancel contracts here"; in a store, you cancel there. Cancelling ends the contract for the future; it is neither a withdrawal nor does it trigger a refund for a period already paid. Who refunds you depends on where you bought.
1. Purchases via our website (seller: NEXTLEVEL CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER - FZCO)
1.1 Statutory withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion of the contract. Automatic renewal is not a new contract and does not create a new right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires when provision of the digital content begins, if during the order process you expressly agreed and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. The procedure, the conditions for expiry and the model withdrawal form are in the Withdrawal Notice. You can also declare withdrawal online using the "Withdraw from contract" button on the website and in the app. We refund within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal, using the same means of payment. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal (Terms of Sale section 1.4); cancelling via "Cancel contracts here" is open to them.
1.2 Refunds for errors (no goodwill)
Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights, we refund only in case of genuine errors; this applies also to customers outside the EU:
- Incorrect charge: if a renewal was demonstrably charged although your cancellation had reached us before the start of the period (confirmation of receipt with date and time), we refund the amount.
- Duplicate charge or duplicate purchase (e.g. the same invoice charged twice or the same package bought twice by mistake): refund of the duplicate amount on request.
- Technical errors: if a fault on our side prevents you from using the core features and we do not fix it within a reasonable time, your rights follow the statutory provisions; in that case we refund the amount attributable to the period of the disruption.
No refund is given in particular for a forgotten or late cancellation (including where the cancellation reaches us on the renewal day after the charge), for an unused part of a paid period (no pro-rata refunds), after the term has ended, if the account is suspended for misuse, or if you are dissatisfied with content that matches our descriptions (e.g. lack of personal advice: we do not offer it). Your statutory rights, in particular the right of withdrawal and rights in case of defects, remain unaffected.
1.3 Upgrade
When you buy a higher package on the website, the remaining value of your previous package is credited as an amount against the first payment for the new package; any excess is set off as a balance against the next payments and is not paid out (see Terms of Sale section 7.1). This also applies to the remaining value of a running, paid store period (Terms of Sale section 7.3). The term of the new package is the normal first or minimum term. We do not end a store subscription that runs in parallel; it keeps renewing until you cancel it in the store, and if you do not cancel it you pay twice. Important: cancel your store subscription yourself in the store, otherwise you are billed twice. We show you this notice on the order summary, on the thank-you page and in the confirmation email. Refunds for data parking (Terms of Sale section 12) follow the withdrawal rules (14 days, proportionate compensation if you expressly asked for immediate start). Refunds of store purchases follow the store's rules. If you take out a store subscription while a web subscription is running, the web subscription keeps running until you cancel it; there is no credit then (Terms of Sale section 7.4). Refunds follow the withdrawal rules and section 1.2. If the higher package is refunded, your previous package runs again until its original end date.
1.4 How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and the order date (or use the "Withdraw from contract" button). We try to reply within a few working days. The refund is made via Stripe to the original means of payment; depending on your bank, the credit may take a few working days. We charge no fees for refunds.
1.5 Chargebacks
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to access being suspended (see Terms of Sale).
1.6 Renewal and unlock codes
Automatic renewal is not a new contract (Terms of Sale sections 3.4 and 8.4). If you got access through an unlock code from a company or partner, you paid us nothing; a refund from us does not apply (Terms of Sale section 6.3). Please address questions about a payment to the company to that company.
2. Purchases in the Apple App Store
The seller is Apple. We can neither refund nor see App Store payments. Request refunds and, where applicable, withdrawal from Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com or via Apple Support. Apple's current terms apply. The package is an automatically renewing subscription; you cancel it in your Apple ID settings (https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions), at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancelling stops the renewal; the paid period runs until its end. Cancelling with us is not enough for store subscriptions. If a refund is granted, access in the app ends accordingly.
3. Purchases on Google Play
The seller is Google. Request refunds from Google Play: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637 or via your order history. Google Play's current refund rules and the statutory rights that apply to you apply. The package is an automatically renewing subscription; you cancel it in Google Play under "Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions" (https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions). Cancelling stops the renewal; the paid period runs until its end. Cancelling with us is not enough for store subscriptions. We cannot refund Google payments. Premium is currently not offered on Google Play.
4. One account, several channels
If you bought a package in a store and have it refunded there, your free account remains. If you buy through several channels, we only refund purchases made via the website. Cancelling in one channel does not end the others; access follows the highest running package (Terms of Sale sections 6.1 and 7.4).
5. Deleting your account
Deleting your account is not a withdrawal and does not trigger a refund. It does not end a store subscription either; cancel it in the store first. We treat the deletion of a website contract as a cancellation with effect from the earliest possible date (Terms of Sale section 11.5). If you want to withdraw or get a refund, do so before deleting your account so that we can match the purchase. We delete accounts without active access and without sign-in after 12 months (Terms of Sale section 3.9); invoice and purchase data are kept in blocked form until statutory periods end.
