Angelina and Tassilo

We are Angelina Seitz and Tassilo Peter Seitz. In August 2025 we moved from Germany to Dubai.

We live in Dubai ourselves and built Unser Dubai from exactly the questions that come up when you move, arrive and live here. Until now you have followed our journey. Now we would like to support yours.

What Unser Dubai is

Unser Dubai is a digital guide and planner for iPhone and Android, in English and German. The app guides you to Dubai in three packages: Starter answers "Is Dubai right for me?", Plus helps with a trial stay, and Premium takes you through the move with a personal roadmap. After the first term, all packages continue monthly and can be cancelled monthly (see the packages page for prices).

Unser Dubai is information and planning to do it yourself. We do not provide legal, tax, insurance or migration advice, and no personal services such as consultations.

How we create content

  • Every factual statement has a source, preferably an official one, with the date it was retrieved.
  • Where sources disagree, we write "in general …" and name the office where you confirm your case.
  • Market data and benchmarks are labelled as such. Costs are shown in euros or your home currency, with AED as an addition.
  • Every knowledge page shows a "last checked on" date.

Operator and contact

Unser Dubai is operated by NEXTLEVEL CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER - FZCO, Building A1 / IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai. Support by email at [email protected]. Full details in the imprint.
