Withdrawal Notice and Model Withdrawal Form

This Withdrawal Notice applies to purchases via our website. For purchases in the Apple App Store or on Google Play, the rules of Apple or Google apply (see the Refund Policy). There the packages are automatically renewing subscriptions; cancelling them in the store stops the renewal and is not a withdrawal. The right of withdrawal belongs to consumers only; businesses do not have it (Terms of Sale, section 1.4).

The key point first: when you buy a package, you conclude a contract for the supply of digital content (access to the "Unser Dubai" app for the booked term and the monthly renewals that follow until you cancel). Your right of withdrawal expires when provision begins, if during the order process you expressly agreed that we may begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Without this consent, and until provision begins, you can withdraw as described below. The right of withdrawal applies per contract: automatic monthly renewal is not a new contract and does not create a new right of withdrawal. If you only want to end the contract for the future, cancel it under "Cancel contracts here" (https://www.unser-dubai.com/en/cancel.html); cancelling is not withdrawing.

Data retention on request (data parking, Terms of Sale section 12): This paid contract is for a digital service. As a consumer you can withdraw within 14 days. If you expressly asked us to start immediately, you pay an amount corresponding to the share of the service provided until then if you withdraw; once the service has been fully provided, the right of withdrawal expires under the statutory conditions.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NEXTLEVEL CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER - FZCO, Building A1 / IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, email: [email protected], phone: +971 58 302 5922) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.unser-dubai.com/en/withdraw.html or in the app under "Profile → Purchases → Withdraw from contract". If you use this online function, we will immediately send you, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your withdrawal statement and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The contract is for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium (access to the content and functions of the "Unser Dubai" app for the booked term and the subsequent monthly renewals). Your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun providing the content, if

you expressly agreed that we begin providing it before the withdrawal period ends,
you acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once provision begins, and
we have given you a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (email) that records your consent and acknowledgement.

You give this consent and acknowledgement in the order process by ticking the relevant boxes. If you have not given them, or if we have not yet begun providing the content, your right of withdrawal remains.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
