Unser Dubai supports people moving to Dubai, from the first question to the move itself. In the partner directory they find service providers who can help on the ground: in their language, by category and emirate.

    Before accepting a partner, we check the trade licence and, for real estate agents, the RERA registration. If the licence on file expires, we pause the listing.

    A fixed monthly fee and no commission on your jobs. Cancellable monthly, and the first month is free.

  • See what comes through

    Every month you get a report: how often your listing was shown, how often your website, phone, email and WhatsApp were clicked, and how many enquiries came through our form. Plus your referral code for clients who call you directly.

Founding partners

The first 20 partners are founding partners: their price stays fixed as long as the partnership continues without a break.

How it works

  1. ApplicationFill in the form below and upload your logo. It takes about ten minutes.
  2. ReviewBefore accepting you, we check the trade licence and, for real estate agents, the RERA registration. You usually hear back within five working days.
  3. ActivationOnce approved, you receive a link by email to add a payment method with Stripe.
  4. First month freeYour listing goes live straight away. The first charge happens after the free month; cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Labelling and independence

  • Every listing in the directory is labelled “Partner (paid placement)”.
  • Our guides, roadmaps and cost estimates stay independent of partnerships. Partners cannot buy content.
  • We do not accept insurance. Financial and investment advice is only accepted with a licence from a UAE financial regulator (SCA, DFSA, FSRA or CBUAE); we check the licence in the regulator’s register before accepting you.
  • If your trade licence expires or there are justified complaints, we pause the listing.

Key points of the partner terms

  • Your contract partner is NEXTLEVEL CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER - FZCO, Dubai. The partnership is for businesses only.
  • Monthly or yearly term, renewing for the same term, cancellable by email to [email protected] at the end of each term. The first month of your first subscription is free.
  • All prices are net; taxes apply in accordance with applicable law.
  • You confirm that your details are correct and that you hold the required licences. You are responsible for your services to users.
  • Invoices are sent by email by our payment provider Stripe.
