Partner Terms
Version 1.0 of 18 October 2026. These Partner Terms are written in English; the English version is binding. The German version is a translation for information.
1. Scope and provider
1.1 These Partner Terms apply to paid listings in the partner directory of Unser Dubai on unser-dubai.com and, where available, in the Unser Dubai app (“Listing”).
1.2 The provider is NEXTLEVEL CORPORATE SERVICE PROVIDER - FZCO, Building A1 / IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, [email protected] (“Unser Dubai”, “we”, “us”).
1.3 The offer is addressed exclusively to businesses and self-employed persons acting in the course of their trade or profession (“Partner”). Consumers are excluded. By applying, the Partner confirms that it acts as a business.
1.4 The Partner’s own terms and conditions do not apply, even if we do not object to them.
2. Application, review and conclusion of the contract
2.1 The Partner applies using the form on unser-dubai.com/partner. The application is not an offer by us.
2.2 Before accepting a Partner, we check the trade licence, for real estate agents the RERA registration (BRN in the RERA/DLD register) and for financial and investment advice the licence of the competent UAE financial regulator (SCA, DFSA, FSRA/ADGM or CBUAE) in that regulator’s register. We may carry out further checks at our discretion. There is no right to be accepted. If we decline an application, we inform the applicant briefly by email.
2.3 We do not accept insurance intermediation or insurance advice.
2.4 After approval, the Partner receives a start link by email. The contract is concluded when the Partner completes the subscription with our payment provider Stripe via this link.
3. Services
3.1 We publish the Listing in the partner directory with company name, category, languages, emirates, short profile (German and/or English), logo, website and business contact details. Depending on the package (“Listed”, “Recommended”, “Top partner”), the highlighting and placement differ; the scope of each package is described on unser-dubai.com/partner at the time the contract is concluded.
3.2 Every Listing is labelled “Partner (paid placement)”. Our editorial content (guides, roadmaps, cost estimates, official procedures) remains independent of partnerships. There is no right to be mentioned in editorial content.
3.3 We do not owe any particular number of views, enquiries or orders. We do not broker contracts between users and Partners and do not receive commission.
3.4 Within a package, we determine the order and presentation of Listings (for example by package, start of the partnership or the filters chosen by users). We may develop the directory technically and visually, provided the essential scope of the services is maintained.
3.5 Display in the app is planned. There is no right to display in the app or to display from a particular date.
3.6 We give no guarantee that the directory will be available without interruption. Maintenance and technical disruptions may occur.
4. Prices, free month, payment and invoices
4.1 The prices shown when the contract is concluded apply. All prices are net prices in euros. Taxes, in particular value added tax, are added where they arise under applicable law and are shown on the invoice. Where the reverse-charge mechanism applies under applicable law, the Partner is responsible for accounting for the tax. We give no assurance as to the tax treatment in the Partner’s individual case.
4.2 For the Partner’s first subscription, the first month (30 days) is free of charge. If the Partner cancels before the free month ends, no payment is due. A new subscription after the end of a previous one does not include another free month.
4.3 Payment is made in advance for the respective term via Stripe. Invoices are provided by email. When concluding the contract, the Partner provides its billing address and, where applicable, its tax registration number.
4.4 Founding partners (the first 20 approved Partners) keep their price as long as their subscription continues without interruption.
4.5 We announce price changes for running subscriptions by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The Partner may terminate with effect from the date the change takes effect. Price increases do not apply to founding partners.
4.6 If a payment fails, we pause the Listing until payment is received. Stripe retries the payment automatically. If the payment is still not received after the automatic retries, we may end the subscription.
5. Term and termination
5.1 The subscription runs monthly or yearly, as chosen by the Partner, and renews automatically for the same term unless terminated.
5.2 Either party may terminate with effect from the end of the current term. The Partner terminates by email to [email protected]; the notice must reach us before the end of the current term. We confirm the termination by email. Amounts paid for the current term are not refunded pro rata.
5.3 The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. Good cause for us exists in particular in the case of false information, a missing, expired or withdrawn licence, repeated justified complaints by users, violations of law, or conduct that seriously damages the reputation of Unser Dubai.
6. Obligations of the Partner
6.1 The Partner warrants that all information provided (company, licences, contact details, profile, languages, service area) is true and complete and keeps it up to date. The Partner notifies changes to [email protected] without undue delay.
6.2 Throughout the term, the Partner holds all permits and licences required in the UAE for its services, in particular a valid trade licence, for real estate agents the RERA registration and for financial and investment advice the licence of the competent financial regulator. The Partner sends us a renewed licence before the previous one expires.
6.3 If the licence on file expires, we automatically pause the Listing from the following day until a valid licence is provided. The payment obligation continues. We send a reminder by email 30 days before the expiry date.
6.4 For the term of the contract, the Partner grants us a simple, free-of-charge right to use its company name, logo and profile texts in the directory (website, app and a data feed for our own channels) and warrants that it holds the necessary rights. We may shorten or factually adjust profile texts (for example remove superlatives) and translate them.
6.5 The Partner may describe itself as a “Partner of Unser Dubai”. It does not present the partnership as a recommendation, seal of approval or guarantee by Unser Dubai. Use of the Unser Dubai logo requires our prior consent.
6.6 The Partner indemnifies us against third-party claims based on false information, missing rights to logos or texts, or its services to users.
7. No liability for Partner services; liability of Unser Dubai
7.1 Contracts for services are concluded exclusively between users and the Partner. We are not a party to these contracts, do not check offers and are not liable for the services, prices or conduct of the Partner.
7.2 We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and wherever liability cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract and, in amount, to the fees paid by the Partner in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit or missing orders.
8. Pausing and removal
8.1 We may pause or remove a Listing if (a) the licence has expired, (b) a payment is outstanding, (c) we receive justified complaints from users, (d) there are indications of false information or violations of law, or (e) an authority requires it. We inform the Partner and, where reasonable, give it an opportunity to comment.
8.2 During a pause under (a) or (b), the payment obligation continues. In the case of removal under (c) or (d), we may terminate for good cause (clause 5.3); amounts already paid are not refunded in that case, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. Data protection
We process the data from the application and the partnership in accordance with our privacy policy, section “Partner area”. The company details of the Listing are public; the details of the contact person are not public.
10. Changes to these Partner Terms
We announce changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If the Partner does not object within this period, the changes are deemed accepted; we point out this consequence in the notice. If the Partner objects, either party may terminate with effect from the date the changes take effect.
11. Final provisions
11.1 These Partner Terms and the contract are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
11.2 The courts of the Emirate of Dubai have jurisdiction. The courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) are excluded.
11.3 The English version of these Partner Terms is binding. The German version is a translation for information only.
11.4 If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
