If you buy a higher package here, we deduct the remaining value of your current store period from the first payment as a credit; the term stays the normal initial term. Your store subscription keeps running until you cancel it there. Please cancel it yourself in the store, otherwise you pay twice. We cannot cancel store subscriptions.

Good to know

  • How buying works: you sign in to the web app and then see an order summary with price, term and withdrawal information. Only there do you place a binding order.
  • Prices are final prices in euros. Tax details are shown on the payment receipt.
  • Term and renewal: we remind you once before the initial or minimum term ends (14 days before, 30 days before for 12 months). After the first term you can cancel every month, online and without logging in, under “Cancel contracts here”. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the first term or of the current month.
  • Upgrade: if you switch to a higher package, we deduct the remaining value of your previous package from the first payment. If it is higher, the rest is set off against the next payments. The term stays the normal initial term; the order summary shows the amount before you buy.
  • A price change applies to a running contract only if you agree to it.
  • Purchases through the App Store and Google Play are auto-renewing subscriptions with their own prices; you cancel them in the respective store. A purchase here does not end a store subscription.
  • Businesses: at checkout you can enter your company name, billing address and VAT ID. The invoice is sent by email, for subscriptions with every charge.
  • The packages are a digital guide and planner. There is no legal, tax, insurance or immigration advice and no personal services.
